Driftmaster Clamp Base

The Driftmaster Clamp Base 208 is an excellent choice for fishing from boat docks, piers, etc. It allows you to have a secure rod holder mount without the need for screw or bolts that leave damage when removed. This makes the 208-B or the 208-BL a thoughtful option for private and pubic piers or docks where you do not want to cause damage.

Designed to fit docks, piers, and Small Boat gunnels. Opens to 1  7/8″. (Screws / bolts not included.)
Aluminum Universal Clamp Base for Pro Series 1/2″ stem rod holders.
Available in both Right and Left hand threads.

The Driftmaster Clamp Base 208 is also a great option for boats when there simply isn’t the option to bolt or screw down your rod holder bases. We do however recommend a bolt or screw down rod holder base if at all possible as it will give a stronger, more secure mount for your rod holders to be secured with. Driftmaster offers a wide selection of mounting bases for most any situation and a variety or different rod holders.
