It features legendary soft plastics, with multiple colors of the Bobby Garland Original Baby Shad and the Bobby Garland Hyper Grub. It also contains Bobby Garland jigheads to fit the plastics, a Thill spring bobber and a nylon stringer, and it's all encased in a re-usable Plano box.
